APPROVAL OF SOUTHSIDE RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT FOR CITY OF SARASOTA
Description
As part of the Osprey Road Improvement project, the City of Sarasota needs to obtain a right of way easement for the intersection improvements at Webber and Osprey located on the Southside Elementary site. In order to proceed with the Osprey Road Improvement project, the right of way easement from the School Board is needed.
Recommendation
That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the right of way easement at the corner of Webber and Osprey on the Southside Elementary School site for the City of Sarasota, as presented.
